Order Acceptance

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages and/or at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Tracking is provided on most orders when available. If tracking is available, it will be sent once updated.

Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time the order may already be processing and cannot be stopped.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Unresolved disputes may affect future purchases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheshire Bargains is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order.
